Game Show Duels offers an exciting and unique group experience in Cleveland! With an immersive game show arena, engaging hosts, and a variety of game show themes, it’s perfect for events like:

How does it work?
At Game Show Duels, the experience kicks off as soon as you arrive! Here’s what you can expect:
1. Team Formation: Your group is split into two teams — the Red Team and the Blue Team.
2. Get Ready: Teams pick out fun name tags and prep for the ultimate face-off.
3. The Arena: You’ll enter the custom game show arenas and compete in three different game show experiences.
4. Earning Points: Each round is worth a duel point.
5. The Champions: The team with the most duel points becomes the Game Show Champions!
6. Hall of Fame: The winning team gets their name in the Championship Hall of Fame in the lobby, earning eternal bragging rights!

$36/person – if you book online
$40/person – for every add-on to the original booking
+ optional gratuity.
Gratuities can also be added in person before or after your game. 100% of gratuities will go to your game hosts. Your hosts are working actors giving your group a unique live game experience.
Do I need to book in advance?
Customers are encouraged to book online. Same day walk-ins are accepted, but there are not always slots available, so please call to ensure proper accommodations are available.

We are open seven days a week! If your group size is 6-50 participants, you can check availability and book instantly online! If you have a larger group, please give us a call at 216-712-0333.

Can I book a team-building event?
Absolutely! Game Show Duels is perfect for your next corporate, work, club, sports, or any team-building outing for 8 to 50 guests.
• Private Events: All group events are private, and we’re open seven days a week.
• Groups of 8–30: Book instantly online by clicking the “Book Now” button at your desired location.

Can I add more guests to my booking?
Yes! You can add guests in the following ways:
1. Before Your Event: Email or call us to update your guest count.
2. Day of the Event: You can add guests on-site, up to a total of 20 or more guests. Please remember that for every guest added on-site, you pay the full price of $40 / person (instead of $36 if you book online). So, we encourage you to book online for the entire group.
Gratuities can also be added in person before or after your game. 100% of gratuities will go to your game hosts. Your hosts are working actors giving your group a unique live game experience.

When should I arrive on the door of my booking?
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your game time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to shorten your game time in the arena because there are groups before and after your show and everything is run on a tight schedule. If you are more than 30 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel your experience with no refund or rescheduling.
Is there an age limit?
We recommend the experience for ages 10 and up to get the most out of it. However, we’re flexible—especially if younger players are joining with older family members or adults.
Note: Players 15 and under should be accompanied by an adult.

How does the waitlist work?
If a timeslot shows “Waitlist” or “Full”, it means the slot has been booked and is currently unavailable. Here’s how the waitlist works:
• For timeslots marked “Waitlist”, you can submit your information to join.
• If the slot becomes available (due to a cancellation or reschedule), you’ll
receive an email notification immediately.
• Each timeslot allows up to three waitlist submissions. Once all three slots are filled, the waitlist is closed, and no additional submissions can be made.
This ensures a fair process for everyone looking to book their game show experience!
Are shows private?
Yes! Your game show experience will be completely private, with just the group you bring.
Every show includes:
• One dedicated game show host to lead the fun.
• One producer/co-host to assist and ensure your experience is amazing.
This setup guarantees an engaging, personalized, and unforgettable time for your group!
How long do you play?
• For groups of 19 or fewer people, the typical game show experience lasts one hour in the game show arena.
• For groups of 20 or more people, you’ll get an extra 15 minutes, making the total playtime 75 minutes.
• Teams will rotate between being contestants and audience members.
Important Notes:
• If your original booking is for 19 people or fewer, but you show up with more than 18 people on the day of the show, you may not receive the full 75-minute experience.
• To extend to the 75-minute experience for a group of 19 or fewer, you must notify the manager at least one week in advance, confirm the changes, and pay for the extra guests.
• Scheduling availability is subject to confirmation, and any changes should be planned ahead for smooth operations.

Cancellations, rescheduling, refunds?
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Cancelling Your Show:
• 5 or more days in advance: You will receive a full refund.
• 4 or fewer days in advance: No refund will be issued, but we will work with you to reschedule your experience.
Rescheduling Your Show:
• 72+ hours notice: You may reschedule with no fee.
• Less than 72 hours notice: A $75 scheduling fee will apply.
• If extreme weather (like storms or snow) prevents your group from attending, you may reschedule with no fee.
Refunds on Tickets:
• You can reduce the number of tickets and receive a refund if you provide at least 5 days’ notice.
• You can add tickets by calling us or on-site the day of the event.
Extreme Weather:
• In cases of severe weather (snow, storms, tornadoes), we may require rescheduling to ensure your safety and the safety of our staff.
We aim to make sure your experience is stress-free, and we appreciate your understanding of these policies!
Can we bring our own food and drinks in the room?
Yes, we are a BYOB establishment: beer, white claws, wine, soda, water only! You’re welcome to bring finger foods as well, but only outside the game show duels area. Please feel free to give us a call with any questions at 216-712-0333.
Will the game show questions be different if we come back?
Yes! We refresh our game show questions and answers every month for each game show experience. Additionally, we mix up the “minute-to-win-it” games to keep things exciting and fresh.

Yes, all guests must sign a waiver.
