What is Axe Throwing?
Axe throwing is a sport that involves competitors throwing an axe at a target, trying to get as close as they can to the bullseye. At Escape Room Mentor & Axe Throwing you and your friends have a choice of spending an hour or 1 and a half hours learning, practicing and then finally squaring off toe to toe in a group tournament that will result for bragging rights. Our Axe Throwing sessions are run by trained experts who will show you how to safely handle an axe and chuck it with accuracy while giving you plenty of tips along the way.
Can you bring your own food and drink?
Yes, absolutely! You can bring snacks and finger foods pizza whatever you want! We allow alcohol on a BYOB (bring your own beer) no hard alcohol is permitted. Anyone who appears intoxicated will not be able to throw axes at our ranges. No one under the age of 21 is allowed to consume alcohol on our property.
How much does it cost?
$25/ 60 min session
$32/90 min session
If your party is less that 6, you may be paired with another group.

How do I reserve a lane?
Go to our booking page, and select a time and number of people.
How old do you have to be to play?
You should be at least 14 years old
Is there special pricing for large groups?
Please contact us directly if you have a large group, so that we can help accommodate.
How long does it take?
We have two options
we have a 90 minute session and a 60 minute session
How long does training take?
Safety training takes around 15 minutes, and includes signing your waiver
What should I wear?
Closed-toed shoes are a must! Be comfortable and wear no constricting clothes.
Can I take pictures?
Absolutely! Take as many photos as you want, and don’t forget to tag us on social media.
Will someone teach me how to throw an axe?
Absolutely! You will be with an instructor at all times. The first half an hour of your experience is spent learning the safety rules and procedures of how to handle an axe. With proper instruction, practice and by following our guided procedures, you will be able to safely throw an axe by the end of your session.
Can I tip my instructor?
We never want you to feel obligated to tip, However, if you think your insturctor did a good job, you’re welcome to do so.
What is your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds.
Will we be with other people?
Our ranges hold up to 12 people. If you book one of our public slots, you will be paired up with other aspiring axe throwers. The only way to avoid this, is to purchase an entire range.
How many people can participate?
There can be up to 12 participants per lane.
